Two New Ph. D.’s Graduate
Congratulations!
Students Adam Dioguardi (Thesis: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Studies of the 122 Iron-Based
Superconductors) and Abigail Shockley (Thesis: Experimental study of Knight shift trends
in the heavy fermion materials CeMIn5 (M = Ir, Rh, Co)) submitted their theses and have earned their Ph. D. degrees. Adam will continue on as part of the UC Davis NMR group as a postdoctoral scholar, and Abigail has accepted a postdoctoral position at the Laboratoire de Physique des Solides at the Universite Paris.
